You’re a passionate, detailed and reliable relationship builder, working with an Account Director on key accounts and managing some accounts autonomously. You are dedicated to getting things done and meticulously owning the detail of each of your accounts, whilst developing the customer relationship to ensure client loyalty and to build trust.

You’re a positive, consultative team-player and you deliver results through careful management of actions and relationships with internal and external stakeholders; to ensure effective, clear communication and on time delivery of tasks inside and outside of project delivery.

Responsibilities


Commercial - Achieving agency revenue targets through commercially viable projects

  •  Responsible for supporting the delivery of agreed annual revenue figures
  • Responsible for the management and development of sales leads and up-sell opportunities with existing clients
  • Owning the production of solutions and proposals independently up to £10K in value and obtaining sign-off from an Account Director or Head of Client Services
  • Owning and escalating where necessary, risks to agency commercials or customer satisfaction to the Account Director or Head of Client Services
  • Responsible for maintaining all opportunities in the CRM system and owning the probability, estimated close date and qualification of self-managed accounts
  • Responsible for collaborating with the Marketing team on press releases, case studies and joint marketing initiatives

 Customer Experience – delivering outstanding value and positive experiences to our customers

  • Owning the timely resolution of account issues and queries
  • Owning coordination with internal project teams, developers, third party suppliers and clients
  • Leads meetings, presentations, telephone conferences and events, producing professional communication pre and post-contact
  • Builds productive long-term relationships with customers at all levels
  • Understands current technologies and solutions

Skills and Experience

  •  2 years account management experience, ideally in a digital agency
  • Strong ability to listen and understand a clients’ business and brief and be able to articulate it back to the client and the internal team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Personable, clear and professional client-facing skills
  • Passionate about digital and the technologies we use
  • Strong attention to detail
