 Senior Strategy Consultant



As a Senior Strategy Consultant at Mando you support the building of effective long-term relationships with clients. A trusted strategic lead, you proactively engage and consult with our customers and work with internal practitioners to devise the most appropriate solutions to solve their problems both short and long term.

Your responsibilities

  • Owning the creation, evaluation, and management of digital strategies for key clients
  • Displaying a clear understanding of the client’s business environment and strategy to generate ideas that achieve their digital vision
  • Communicating that context to internal and third-party teams to support research, decisions and ongoing growth of their digital channels and solutions
  • Demonstrating storytelling capabilities and visualisation skills to land meaningful messages and outputs with clients
  • Understanding and analysing data in order to undertake data-driven activities such as audience segmentation, opportunity analysis, market analysis and user research
  • Supporting and overseeing other members of the Strategy & Insights team in the production of context and insights to enable them to draw meaningful conclusions for our customers

  • Support the wider team: Am I creating outputs that are useful to other members of the team e.g. an insightful backdrop for practitioners to frame their approach? Am I bringing customer, sector, and technical context, not just my own opinion?
